Refund policy
At your A’Corps Beauté boutique, we place customer satisfaction at the heart of our commitment. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy is designed to make it easy for you, in compliance with French e-commerce laws.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can cancel your purchase without having to provide any justification. If this period has elapsed, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
- If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we will refund you directly.
- If the order is already on its way, we will not be able to issue a refund until we have received and returned the product(s).

2. Return conditions
For the return to be accepted :
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unopened (unused items must be returned in their original packaging).
- Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded, for reasons of hygiene.
According to the French Consumer Code: article L221-18 to L221-28, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- products which have been unsealed or used after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- products made to customer specifications or customized at the customer’s request;
- personalized gifts ;
- products on sale.
Please also note that: return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable, except for defective products or errors on our part. Returns must be sent to the address below:

3. Refund conditions on your return:
- Verification of your order and your identity – thanks to your invoice
- Validation of the return – inspection of the condition of the products as described above
- Return receipt for product(s)
- Invoice refund if everything is OK
Please also note that:
- If you declare that you have received an item in poor condition, and you wish to be reimbursed without providing us with any proof of the item’s condition on receipt, we will nevertheless ask you to return the item for inspection by us. This may or may not result in a refund, depending on the condition of the item on receipt. This decision will always be explained to you by video or photo, by email.
- If your return is approved, you will be reimbursed according to the method of payment you used. You will be credited with the amount of your invoice, according to the banking deadlines specific to interbank transactions.
- If you are delayed in receiving your refund (more than 10 working days), you can send a request to the following e-mail address: contact@acorpsbeaute.com. Customer Service will carry out the necessary interbank checks and internal transaction data verification, before getting back to you.
Terms of exchange:
- Defective or damaged item – verification and approval following receipt of said item before exchange.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please send a request by e-mail to the following address: contact@acorpsbeaute.com.
Finally, please note that for the return of an item with a value of more than 30€, we recommend atracking service, guaranteeing the safety and quality of the return delivery. As A’Corps Beauté and its boutique are in no way responsible for the quality of this delivery, we cannot guarantee the condition of your return.
4. Refund periods
Once the return has been accepted and the items inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
