If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy is designed to make it easy for you, in compliance with French e-commerce laws. <\/p>\n<h3>1. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receipt. During this period, you can cancel your purchase without having to provide any justification. Return conditions<\/h3>\n<p>For the return to be accepted :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product must be returned in its <strong>original condition<\/strong>, unused and unopened <strong>(unused items must be returned in their original packaging).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded, for reasons of hygiene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the French <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F10485#:~:text=Le%20d%C3%A9lai%20de%2014%20jours,%2C%20d'occasion%20ou%20d%C3%A9stock%C3%A9.&amp;text=Le%20d%C3%A9compte%20du%20d%C3%A9lai%20de,de%20la%20livraison%20du%20bien.\">Consumer Code: article L221-18 to L221-28,<\/a> the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>products which have been unsealed or used after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;<\/li>\n<li>products made to customer specifications or customized at the customer&#8217;s request;<\/li>\n<li>personalized gifts ;<\/li>\n<li>products on sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please also note that: <strong>return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable<\/strong>, except for defective products or errors on our part. Refund conditions on your return:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Verification of your order and your identity &#8211; thanks to your invoice<\/li>\n<li>Validation of the return &#8211; inspection of the condition of the products as described above  <\/li>\n<li>Return receipt for product(s)<\/li>\n<li>Invoice refund if everything is OK<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please also note that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you declare that you have received an item in poor condition, and you wish to be reimbursed without providing us with any proof of the item&#8217;s condition on receipt, we will nevertheless ask you to return the item for inspection by us. This may or may not result in a refund, depending on the condition of the item on receipt. This decision will always be explained to you by video or photo, by email.    <\/li>\n<li>If your return is approved, you will be reimbursed according to the method of payment you used.
